By using Subskim, users agree to these terms. These terms are written for an early-stage product and are not a substitute for lawyer-reviewed legal documents.

Subskim helps users track subscriptions, renewal dates, spending, budgets, and import subscription information from screenshots.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter or import. Subskim may make mistakes when extracting information from screenshots. Users must review imported data before saving it.

Subskim is for organization and informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

Subskim may rely on third-party services including Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, and FX-rate providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for using trusted devices, browsers, and email accounts.

Subskim may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Subskim is provided as is and Subskim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including losses related to incorrect subscription data, missed renewals, service interruptions, or use of third-party services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Subskim after changes means the updated terms apply.
