How to cancel a BarkBox subscription

BarkBox plans renew automatically until you cancel from your account on bark.co or through BARK's Happy Team. To stop the next renewal, cancel before the 1st of the month after your current subscription term ends.

How do I cancel BarkBox?

  1. 1Go to bark.co and log in with the email address connected to your BARK account, then enter the 6-digit verification code BARK emails you.
  2. 2Click the person icon in the upper right corner to open your account dashboard.
  3. 3Click Manage Subscription on the left-hand side.
  4. 4Disable auto-renewal for the subscription you want to end.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you want to end a multi-month commitment early, contact BARK's Happy Team. Even then, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term.
  • On a 6- or 12-month plan, you are still charged each month for the rest of that subscription period, even if you cancel before it ends.
  • To the extent the law allows, BARK does not have to refund amounts you have already paid.
