Opening it

Excel
Open the .xlsx file. The formulas and highlights work as they are.
Google Sheets
Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets, or use File, then Import in a blank sheet.
Numbers
Open the .xlsx file. Some highlighting may look different from Excel.
Anything else
The CSV has the same columns without formulas, for any app that imports CSV.

When a spreadsheet stops being enough

A sheet needs you to move every renewal date forward by hand and to convert currencies yourself. Subskim rolls dates forward, puts every charge on a calendar and totals all currencies in one, for free. Subskim vs a spreadsheet compares the two.

See every renewal before it charges.

Put your subscriptions on one calendar, flag trials before they convert and total everything in one currency. Free, no bank login.
