How to cancel Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime is canceled online from Amazon's Cancel Your Prime Membership page. If you only need a break, eligible members can pause Prime instead.

How do I cancel Amazon Prime?
- 1Open the Cancel Your Prime Membership page at amazon.com/mm/pipeline/cancellation.
- 2Follow the prompts to end your membership.
- 3If you need more help, go to the Customer Service Homepage, select Something else under Can't find what you're looking for?, then select I need help with something else.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you signed up for Prime through Google Play on Android, cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. If your Prime membership is tied to another company's service, contact that company to cancel.
What happens after I cancel?
- Paid members who haven't used their Prime benefits are eligible for a full refund of the current membership period. Amazon processes the refund in three to five business days.
- Subscriptions on Prime Video, such as Paramount+, keep going after your Prime membership ends. Review them in Memberships and Subscriptions.
