How to cancel Fortnite Crew

Fortnite Crew renews automatically until you cancel it through the platform where you bought it. If you bought it from Epic on PC or mobile, cancel in one of the three ways below before your next billing date to stop the next charge.

How do I cancel Fortnite Crew?

  1. 1On the web, go to epicgames.com/account/subscriptions, sign in, and cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription there.
  2. 2Or, in the Epic Games Store app, click your profile, select Account, and go to the Subscriptions tab to cancel.
  3. 3Or, in Fortnite, go to the Passes tab and cancel your subscription.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought Fortnite Crew through Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch or another company's platform, cancel it on that platform or its website. Epic doesn't handle billing or cancellations for those platforms, and their own cancellation policies may apply.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you cancel before the next billing date, the subscription does not renew and you are not charged again.
  • You keep the Fortnite Crew content you received or earned while you were subscribed.
  • You don't get a prorated refund of any part of the subscription fee, but this doesn't affect any legal right you may have to a refund.
