How to cancel GeForce NOW Performance or Ultimate

To cancel a paid GeForce NOW membership, you downgrade it to a Free membership. Make the change at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle starts so it applies to that cycle.

How do I cancel GeForce NOW?

  1. 1Sign in to your NVIDIA account at account.nvidia.com, or open the GeForce NOW app and go to Settings, then GeForce NOW Membership.
  2. 2Click Manage, then select membership plans.
  3. 3Change your paid membership to a Free membership.
  4. 4Check the Current Membership section to see your next billing date.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought GeForce NOW through Amazon, Amazon manages your subscription and billing. Cancel in your Amazon account, or on a Fire TV under Settings, Applications, Appstore, Manage My Subscriptions. GeForce NOW Alliance Partners in some locations sell their own membership plans, which NVIDIA's membership terms do not cover.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your paid membership continues until the end of the current billing cycle, then converts to a Free membership.
  • Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
  • On a Free membership, saved game files on GeForce NOW are deleted after 6 months of inactivity. This does not affect cloud saves on store accounts such as Steam, Ubisoft, Epic and the EA app.
