How do I cancel Xbox Game Pass?

1. 1Go to the Subscriptions page of your Microsoft account (account.microsoft.com/services) and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to buy the subscription.
2. 2Find your Game Pass subscription and select Manage. If you see Turn on recurring billing instead, the subscription is already set to expire and you won't be charged after that date.
3. 3Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
4. 4If you're eligible for a refund, you'll see an option to cancel immediately with a refund.

What happens after I cancel?

• Turning off recurring billing stops future charges, and you keep the subscription's benefits until it expires.
• You can get a refund within 30 days of your first purchase or before your first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner. You can also get your most recent recurring charge back if you cancel within 30 days after that payment, once per Microsoft account for each Xbox subscription product.
• In some countries, including Canada, Denmark and France, you can cancel with immediate effect and get a prorated refund under Microsoft's prorated refund policy.
