How to cancel a ClassPass membership

ClassPass trials and memberships renew automatically each month on your cycle date. ClassPass recommends canceling at least 48 hours before your renewal date so the request is fully processed.

How do I cancel ClassPass?

  1. 1On the ClassPass website, click your initial on the right side of the page and select Account.
  2. 2Open the Settings page from the menu on the left side of the page.
  3. 3Click the red Cancel your membership link.
  4. 4Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.

What happens after I cancel?

  • ClassPass sends a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not get one, your request was not received.
  • Canceling a trial takes effect right away: you lose your credits and all scheduled classes are canceled. To keep them, wait until the last day of the trial to cancel.
  • There is no fee to cancel, but once the account is canceled you lose any unused credits, including rollover credits. ClassPass does not refund months of membership or extra credit purchases.
