How you cancel Headspace depends on where you subscribed: directly with Headspace, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. If you bought on the Headspace website, cancel in a desktop or mobile browser, not the mobile app.

How do I cancel Headspace?

  1. 1Log in to your account at headspace.com in a desktop or mobile browser, not the mobile app.
  2. 2Go to headspace.com/subscription/manage.
  3. 3Click the CANCEL MEMBERSHIP link.
  4. 4If the button is not there, email help@headspace.com for help.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Headspace and tap Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel under Subscriptions in the Play Store. These purchases are final and non-refundable and follow Apple's or Google's payment policy.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Subscriptions bought directly through Headspace.com are non-refundable. If you think special circumstances apply, email help@headspace.com and the team reviews your case individually.
  • A free subscription provided by an organization does not need to be canceled; it expires automatically based on the date of the agreement.
