How to cancel Fitbit Premium

Fitbit Premium is now called Google Health Premium, and the Fitbit app is now the Google Health app. If you bought the subscription on the Google Store, you can cancel it on the web.

How do I cancel Fitbit Premium?

  1. 1Go to Your subscriptions on the Google Store at store.google.com/subscriptions and sign in with the Google Account you used to buy the subscription.
  2. 2Select Google Health Premium.
  3. 3Under Payment method, click Cancel subscription.
  4. 4In the pop-up window, click Confirm.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought Premium through the App Store, cancel it in your iPhone's Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, Google Health Premium, and Cancel Subscription. If you bought it through Google Play, open the Google Health app, tap your profile picture or initial, then Google Health Settings, Google Health Premium, and Cancel membership, and confirm in Google Play. If you paid with PayPal and the subscription doesn't appear, cancel it from your PayPal account.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Canceling only stops future charges. You don't get money back for the current billing period, but you can keep using Google Health Premium until it ends.
  • If you cancel during a trial, you can use Google Health Premium until the trial ends, and you won't be charged after that.
  • After Google Health Premium expires, your Google Health Coach data is kept, and you can delete it yourself.
