How do I cancel HelloFresh?

1Log in to your HelloFresh account on the web.
2Click your name in the upper right corner, then click Account Settings.
3On the Plan settings page, scroll down to the Status section and click Cancel Plan.
4Follow the prompts until you see a message confirming that your account has been canceled.

HelloFresh cannot process cancellations requested after the cutoff, and you pay for any orders that were already processed.
A 'Free for Life' new-customer offer ends when you cancel and is not restored if you reactivate.
You can reactivate your account later.
