How do I cancel Rent the Runway?

  1. 1On the Rent the Runway desktop site, go to your Membership Settings at renttherunway.com/user/settings.
  2. 2Select the option to Pause or Cancel Your Membership.
  3. 3Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Monthly membership payments are non-refundable, and Rent the Runway does not give prorated refunds if you cancel mid-cycle.
  • Your final membership date appears in your settings. Return all at-home items within 24 hours of your cancellation date to avoid late fees.
  • Rent the Runway sends an email confirmation with your official return timeline.
