How to cancel IPSY Original or Extra

Cancel IPSY by 11:59 pm PT on the 25th of the month to skip the upcoming month's order. If you have both IPSY Original and Extra, cancel each one separately.

How do I cancel IPSY?

  1. 1Log in to your IPSY account and click Account in the top-right corner.
  2. 2Find the active subscription you want to cancel and click View Membership.
  3. 3Click Cancel Membership.
  4. 4Log in again to verify your account information.
  5. 5Click Continue Cancellation and wait for the confirmation message.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you cancel before 11:59 pm PT on the 25th, the cancellation takes effect right away and you skip the upcoming month's order. After that time, you still get the upcoming order and the cancellation takes effect the following month.
  • IPSY does not offer refunds. If you cancel an annual membership, you keep getting the remaining prepaid orders and it does not renew for another year.
  • IPSY Ultimate members need an active base membership to stay eligible for the quarterly box.
