How do I cancel Mailchimp?
- 1Click your profile icon and choose Account.
- 2Click the Billing drop-down and choose Monthly plans or credits.
- 3In the Marketing Plan section, click Change Plan.
- 4Choose the Free plan and click Downgrade.
- 5Review the changes, select the confirmation checkbox, then click Downgrade in the Estimate for your future plan sidebar.
What happens after I cancel?
- You keep your current plan for the rest of the billing cycle; the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next one.
- You can downgrade from a paid plan to Free only once over the life of your account.
- If the account still exceeds the new plan's limits, sending is paused until you remove the extra contacts, seats or audiences.
