How to cancel Miro Starter or Business

How do I cancel Miro?

1. 1Switch to the team that holds the subscription you want to cancel.
2. 2From your Miro dashboard, click your profile avatar in the top right and select Admin console or Settings.
3. 3In the left sidebar, click Billing, then click Cancel subscription under Billing actions.
4. 4Click Continue to cancel. On Business, choose the Cancel subscription option and click the Cancel subscription button.
5. 5Select a reason, click Continue to cancel, then click Cancel subscription to confirm.

What happens after I cancel?

• Paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period, and all team admins get an email confirming the end date.
• When the billing period ends, all boards become view-only for every team member but are not deleted. To get full access back, downgrade to the Free plan or renew.
• Miro does not refund unused time. An unpaid invoice for extra licenses is charged to your card right away.
