How to cancel a Semrush subscription

How do I cancel Semrush?

1. 1While logged in to the Semrush account that has the subscription, open the Cancellation Form. You can also go to Subscription Info, find Recurring: Active and follow the Contact us link.
2. 2Select the Toolkit you want to cancel, or select All Semrush subscriptions to cancel the whole paid subscription, including its add-ons and apps. For a legacy Pro, Guru or Business plan, select SEO Toolkit.
3. 3Answer all questions in the form and submit it.
4. 4Click the confirmation link in the cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not, the request is not processed and billing continues.
5. 5Check that the Subscription Info page shows Recurring: Inactive.

What happens after I cancel?

• You can still use Semrush on a free-level account.
• Website Monitoring projects created under a paid plan limit are locked. If you do not restore your paid SEO Toolkit subscription within 30 days, that data is deleted except for your oldest project.
• Canceling does not automatically get you a refund. The one-time 7-day money-back guarantee covers only an initial subscription or Toolkit with a 12-month or longer commitment, or an initial add-on, bought by credit card on Semrush.com. To claim it, ask for a refund in the Cancellation Form's additional comments field within 7 days of the purchase. Monthly subscriptions and renewals are not eligible.
