How to cancel Monarch Money Core or Plus

If Monarch bills you through its website, you cancel on the web from the Billing Settings page. Only the household admin can cancel the subscription.

How do I cancel Monarch Money?

  1. 1On the web, go to the Billing Settings page in Monarch.
  2. 2Click Manage subscription.
  3. 3Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. 4If you don't see an option to cancel, you're likely a household member rather than the household admin. Ask the admin to cancel.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select Monarch. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Monarch and tap Cancel Subscription. Monarch staff can't access App Store subscription details, so contact Apple directly for cancellations or refunds.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can still use Monarch for the time remaining on your subscription.
