How to cancel Sling TV

You cancel a recurring monthly Sling TV subscription from your account on sling.com, and deleting the app does not cancel it. If you only want a break, you may be able to pause instead by selecting Manage, then See pause options.

How do I cancel Sling TV?

  1. 1Sign in to your Sling account at sling.com/my-account.
  2. 2Select Manage.
  3. 3Select Cancel. Sling sends an email confirming the cancellation.
  4. 4To check, sign in to your account again. A canceled subscription with paid time left is labeled Expiring soon and ends on the date listed.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep Sling access until the date of your next regular bill, and you are not charged again.
  • Sling does not refund prepaid or partial months of service; refunds are given only in special circumstances.
  • Recordings made with your subscription become unavailable, but Sling saves them for 90 days in case you resubscribe.
