How to cancel Ubisoft+ Premium or Classics

If you subscribed on the Ubisoft Store or in Ubisoft Connect PC, you cancel Ubisoft+ on the My Subscription page of the Ubisoft Store. If you change your mind, select Re-Activate Ubisoft+ and your membership renews at the end of the subscription period.

How do I cancel Ubisoft+?

  1. 1On the Ubisoft Store, open the My Subscription page.
  2. 2Select Cancel Membership.
  3. 3Choose Yes to confirm the cancellation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed through another platform store, such as the Microsoft Store or PlayStation Store, cancel the subscription directly on that platform.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to Ubisoft+ until the end of the subscription period, and you won't be charged again after your last payment.
  • Your Ubisoft+ rewards tier resets 30 days after you cancel, and your progression and access to additional content may be affected.
  • If you already received an invoice for your next payment before you canceled, the subscription has already renewed for the next billing period and that payment may still be processed.
