How to cancel a Walmart+ membership

Walmart+ renews automatically, so cancel before the end of your current monthly or annual term to avoid the next charge. Paid members who only need a break can pause for one month at a time, up to three times a year.

How do I cancel Walmart+?

  1. 1Sign in to your walmart.com account and select Walmart+.
  2. 2Select Manage membership.
  3. 3Select Manage beside Walmart+ plan.
  4. 4Select Cancel beside Cancel membership, then choose Confirm cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You can keep using Walmart+ and any Plus Up benefit, such as InHome or Paramount+ Premium, until the end of the current term. If you cancel during a trial, Walmart may end the benefits right away.
  • Walmart+ fees are not refunded, except as the Walmart+ Terms of Use allow or the law requires.
  • If you change your mind before the billing cycle ends, go to Account, then Walmart+, and select Reactivate membership.
