How do I cancel Acuity Scheduling?

1. 1Squarespace-managed billing: open the Billing panel and, under Subscriptions, click Scheduling.
2. 2Click Cancel Subscription, then click Cancel Scheduling Subscription in the next panel, then click Confirm.
3. 3Squarespace-managed billing without a website: in the account dashboard, click the three dots at the top right of your Acuity subscription's card, click Billing, click your Acuity subscription, then click Cancel Subscription.
4. 4Acuity-managed billing: click Manage Billing or your account profile in the bottom left corner, scroll to Current Plan, click Cancel Subscription, then click Confirm Cancellation.

What happens after I cancel?

• On Squarespace-managed billing, the subscription expires at the end of the billing cycle unless you choose to cancel immediately, and an annual plan canceled within 14 days of purchase gets an automatic full refund.
• After a Squarespace-managed subscription ends, clients can't book and reminder and follow-up emails stop, but you can still view past appointments and export client data. Scheduling blocks on your site are not removed automatically.
• On Acuity-managed billing, the account moves to the legacy free plan right away and your data is saved; clients can still book until you remove all availability from your calendar.
