How to cancel Calendly Standard or Teams
In Calendly, you cancel a paid plan by switching the account to the Free plan. Only owners and admins can make the change.

How do I cancel Calendly?
- 1Open the Billing page in the Admin Center.
- 2Select Change plan.
- 3Choose Upgrade/Downgrade.
- 4Select the Free plan and confirm the change.
What happens after I cancel?
- The switch to Free happens at the end of the current billing cycle, and paid features stay available until then.
- Payments are generally non-refundable, but Calendly support may review special cases.
- Switching to Free does not delete your account. Deleting it is a separate process.
