How to cancel Airtable Team

In Airtable, canceling a Team plan means downgrading the workspace to the Free plan. A workspace Owner does this in a browser or the Mac or Windows app, not in the iOS or Android app.

How do I cancel Airtable?

  1. 1Open your Airtable account overview at airtable.com/account.
  2. 2Select the workspace from the Workspace settings menu.
  3. 3Under Workspace plan, click Change plan.
  4. 4Click Choose free and follow the on-screen flow.
  5. 5Check the Workspace plan section in your workspace settings to confirm the scheduled downgrade date.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep your current plan's features until then.
  • Your bases, records and fields are not deleted, but a base over the Free plan's limits can't add new records or attachments until it is back under the limit.
  • Revision and snapshot history drops to 2 weeks, and snapshots outside that window are removed and can't be recovered.
