How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe's cost of cancelling depends on the plan type. Check which one you have before you cancel, because annual plans billed monthly can carry a fee.

Cancel on the web

  1. 1Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
  2. 2Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
  3. 3Select Cancel your plan and follow the prompts.

Subscribed in the mobile app?

If you bought Creative Cloud through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel through that store instead.

What happens after you cancel

  • Most plans get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of the first purchase.
  • After 14 days, an annual plan billed monthly may charge a fee of 50% of the remaining contract; prepaid annual and monthly plans are not refunded and keep working to the end of the term.
  • After the plan ends you lose the Creative Cloud apps, and cloud storage drops to 2 GB with 30 days to get under the limit.
