How to cancel Canva Pro
Canva offers to pause your plan during cancellation. Continue past that step if you want to cancel.
Cancel on the web
- 1From the home page, open your account menu.
- 2On your plan, choose Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation.
- 3Pick a reason and choose Continue cancellation.
- 4Choose Cancel subscription. Canva sends a confirmation email.
Subscribed in the mobile app?
If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, the subscription is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
What happens after you cancel
- Pro features stay until the end of the billing period; your designs stay available on Canva Free.
- Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- Any failed payment has to be settled before you can cancel.
