How to cancel Adobe Stock

These steps cancel a stand-alone Adobe Stock membership or one that comes with a Creative Cloud plan. Adobe asks you to read its subscription terms before you cancel.

How do I cancel Adobe Stock?

  1. 1Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
  2. 2Select Manage plan. If your card has expired or the account is suspended, select Update payment and fix your payment details first.
  3. 3Under Manage Plan, select Cancel your plan. If Stock comes with your Creative Cloud plan and you want to keep Creative Cloud, select Change your plan instead.
  4. 4Pick a reason for canceling and select Continue.
  5. 5On the next screen, choose to continue with the cancellation. Adobe sends a confirmation email.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought the membership from a seller other than Adobe, contact that reseller for help.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You lose access to any unused licenses.
  • You can buy a Stock plan again at any time from the Adobe Stock plans page.
