How to cancel Artlist
Canceling an Artlist plan means canceling its renewal from the Billing page in your account. A free trial does not need to be canceled, because it stays free unless you subscribe to a plan.

How do I cancel Artlist?
- 1In Artlist AI Tools, click the avatar icon at the top right.
- 2In the account menu, select My Account, then click Billing.
- 3Under Billing, click the more icon and select Subscription details.
- 4Click Cancel renewal and follow the on-screen steps to confirm. To downgrade at the next renewal instead, click Change plan.
What happens after I cancel?
- Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the current subscription ends.
- Refunds are available for payments made in the last 14 days, for new subscriptions and renewals, as long as no assets have been downloaded, generated or used in a project. To request one, contact Artlist support.
- After the plan expires, the license no longer covers downloaded stock assets in new or published projects. To keep a project covered, add it to the clearlist while the plan is active.
