How to cancel Envato Elements

You can cancel an Envato Elements Individual or Teams subscription at any time from your account. If you subscribed at a promotional price, you cannot resubscribe later at that same rate.

How do I cancel Envato Elements?

1While logged in to Envato, click your name in the bottom-left corner and select My Account.
2In the Manage subscription section, click Cancel subscription.
3Read the details of the cancellation request. The survey is optional.
4Click Cancel My Subscription to confirm.

What happens after I cancel?

Your subscription stays active, with downloads and new licenses, until your next payment would have been due. There is no pro-rata refund for the unused time.
After that date, items already used in completed end products stay licensed, but you cannot download items or use them in new projects.
If your account is past due after a failed payment, canceling ends the subscription immediately.
