How to cancel Figma Professional
Figma plans are cancelled by a team admin from the team's settings, not from an individual profile.
Cancel on the web
- 1Open the team and click Admin.
- 2Go to the Settings tab.
- 3In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
- 4Pick a reason and confirm Cancel plan.
What happens after you cancel
- The team moves to the free Starter plan; your account is not deleted.
- Files above the Starter limits become view-only and published Figma Sites are unpublished.
- Annual terms are generally not refunded, except in the limited cases in Figma's renewal and cancellation terms.
