How to cancel ClickUp Unlimited or Business

In ClickUp, canceling means downgrading the Workspace, and only a Workspace owner or admin can do it. You can downgrade at any time during your billing cycle.

How do I cancel ClickUp?

  1. 1Sign in to ClickUp as the Workspace owner or an admin.
  2. 2In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar and select Settings.
  3. 3In the All settings sidebar, click Billing.
  4. 4Click Downgrade or Cancel plan.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The Workspace switches to the new plan at the end of your billing cycle.
  • All your data stays in the Workspace, and you can access it again if you upgrade later.
  • Add-ons are separate from your plan, so you have to remove them yourself.
