How do I cancel BetterHelp?
- 1Log in to your BetterHelp account.
- 2Open the Menu and go to My Account (or Account settings).
- 3Select Payment settings.
- 4Click Cancel Membership.
What happens after I cancel?
- Video, phone or chat sessions you have not used in a billing cycle do not roll over and expire when that cycle ends.
- Canceling and deleting your data are separate steps. To erase your data, go to Menu > My Account (or Account settings) > Personal Information and click Request Erasure; BetterHelp emails a confirmation once the request is processed.
- If you live in a country with a legal 14-day cooling-off period, you can withdraw within 14 days using BetterHelp's form and get a full refund.
