How to cancel a BODi (Beachbody) membership

BODi digital memberships auto-renew until you cancel. The cancel options you see depend on whether you are still within 31 days of your initial purchase, BODi's Money Back Guarantee window.

How do I cancel BODi?

  1. 1Sign in to your BODi account on the web.
  2. 2Go to the Subscription page in your account.
  3. 3Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Manage.
  4. 4Select Cancel Subscription and pick one of the options shown.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought BODi in an app through a third party such as Apple, Android or Roku, you must cancel through that same store.

What happens after I cancel?

  • With Cancel Subscription or Cancel and Keep Access, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle or free trial, and the membership does not renew.
  • Cancel and Refund Me is offered only within 31 days of the first purchase and ends your access immediately. Renewals and free trials are not eligible for a refund.
  • If your subscription already shows Inactive, auto-renewal is canceled and you lose access on the date shown.
