How to cancel Calm Premium

You can cancel Calm Premium or a free trial at any time. How you cancel depends on where you bought the subscription; the steps below are for subscriptions bought on Calm.com.

How do I cancel Calm?

  1. 1Log in to your Calm account in a web browser.
  2. 2Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. 3Select Settings, then Manage Subscription.
  4. 4Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed with your Apple ID, cancel in your iPhone or iPad Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Calm. Calm cannot cancel Apple subscriptions. If you bought Calm through Google Play, cancel in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. In the Calm app, Manage Subscription takes you to the right store page.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription will not renew, and you keep Calm Premium access until the end of your current billing or trial period.
  • Canceling does not automatically give you a refund. Refunds are available only for Calm.com and Google Play purchases within 30 days; for Apple purchases, contact Apple.
  • You can resubscribe anytime through Calm.com, Apple or Google Play.
