How to cancel DAZN

How you cancel DAZN depends on your plan type. Annual (Pay Upfront or Pay Monthly) and Monthly Flex plans are both canceled from the Subscription page in My Account.

How do I cancel DAZN?

  1. 1Open DAZN, click the profile icon in the top right corner, and go to My Account (dazn.com/myaccount).
  2. 2Click Subscription.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Cancel subscription, then click Continue.
  4. 4Choose a reason for canceling, then click No thanks to skip the offers shown.
  5. 5Enter your password and click Cancel subscription to complete the process.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed to DAZN through a third-party provider such as Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon, cancel directly on that platform. DAZN cannot cancel these subscriptions for you.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep access to DAZN until your selected cancellation date.
  • Monthly Flex has a 30-day cancellation period. You may still be charged a prorated amount, which is usually lower than your regular monthly fee.
  • Annual Pay Monthly is a 12-month contract with payments taken monthly until the end of your term. Canceling before the term ends only stops the future renewal, not the current billing cycle.
