How to cancel an Everand subscription

Everand subscriptions started on the website are canceled from Your account on the Everand website. Scribd and Slideshare are separate subscriptions, and website subscribers can pause for up to 12 weeks instead of canceling.

How do I cancel Everand?

  1. 1Sign in to your account on the Everand website.
  2. 2Click your profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. 3Select Your account.
  4. 4In the Subscription section, select Cancel next to Cancel subscription.
  5. 5On the Cancel or change subscription page, select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts. Everand emails you a confirmation.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up through Apple or Google Play, canceling on the Everand website won't stop those charges. Cancel in Subscriptions in your Apple account settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, where it may be listed as Everand or Scribd.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep full access until your current billing period ends. On a free trial, access ends as soon as you cancel.
  • Unused unlocks expire and unlocked books are locked. Your reading history and saved lists stay, and resubscribing with the same email opens your unlocked books again.
  • Canceling does not refund a payment that already went through.
