How do I cancel EA Play?
- 1Go to your EA Account and sign in with the EA Account details you used to join EA Play.
- 2Select the Subscriptions and Memberships tab.
- 3In the Your membership section, select Cancel membership.
- 4On the new browser page that opens, select Cancel membership again.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you joined EA Play on PC through Steam or Epic, contact Steam Support or Epic Support to cancel. On PlayStation, sign in to your PlayStation account, select Subscription, then select Turn Off Auto-Renew next to your EA Play membership. On Xbox, sign in to your Microsoft account, choose Services & subscriptions, then choose Manage next to your EA Play membership and cancel it.
What happens after I cancel?
- You can keep using EA Play until your Next billing date, listed under Billing information in the EA Play tab of your EA Account, and you can reverse the cancellation until then.
- EA Play memberships are not refundable, with some exceptions; for example, upgrading to EA Play Pro on the EA app refunds the remaining paid time on your EA Play membership.
- Once the membership ends you can't play games in The Play List unless you buy them or rejoin. Your game progress stays if you don't delete your save files, and purchases made with the 10% member discount are yours to keep.
