How to cancel Deezer Premium

You can cancel your Deezer subscription at any time in the Deezer app or on the website. On desktop, the option is under Account Settings.

How do I cancel Deezer?

  1. 1On desktop, go to your profile.
  2. 2Select Account Settings.
  3. 3Select Manage my subscription, then Cancel my subscription.
  4. 4Select the reason for canceling, then select Confirm. Deezer should send you an email confirming the cancellation.
  5. 5To check that it went through, go to Account Settings, then Manage my subscription, where your cancellation status is shown.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed to Deezer through your Apple account, you can only cancel with Apple. If you pay for Deezer through a partner such as TIM or Orange, cancel with that partner directly; Deezer can't cancel it for you.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep your Premium features until the end of the current subscription period, then the account reverts to Deezer Free.
  • Your favorite tracks, playlists and content stay visible, but downloaded music turns gray and can no longer be played offline.
  • Unlimited skips, downloading and offline listening are only available on paid plans.
