How to cancel Pandora Plus or Premium

How you cancel Pandora depends on who bills you, so check your bank statement first. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date or the end of a free trial to avoid another charge.

How do I cancel Pandora?

  1. 1Sign in to your account on pandora.com.
  2. 2Go to the Subscriptions page. You can also open it from the Settings menu.
  3. 3Select Switch Plans, then click Cancel Subscription in the bottom corner of the screen.
  4. 4Confirm the cancellation of future subscription payments.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku bills you, cancel through that company. T-Mobile customers manage the add-on in their T-Mobile account or app, and other carrier billing is canceled through Google Play. Pandora Support can't cancel or refund subscriptions bought through Apple, Amazon, Roku or carriers such as Verizon or T-Mobile. Uninstalling the Pandora app does not cancel your subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your paid access continues until the end of your current access period.
  • Canceling returns your account to the free version of Pandora.
  • Annual subscriptions bought directly on the Pandora website can get a pro-rated refund from a Pandora Support Specialist; monthly and gift subscriptions are not refunded.
