How to cancel iHeartRadio Plus or All Access

Cancel iHeartRadio Plus or All Access on the platform you used to sign up. If you only want to move from All Access to Plus, you can switch plans instead of canceling.

How do I cancel iHeartRadio?

  1. 1Go to iHeart.com and log in to the account that has your Plus or All Access subscription.
  2. 2Open iHeart.com/my/settings.
  3. 3Under Subscription, select Change Plan.
  4. 4Select Cancel Subscription, then select Cancel Plan to confirm.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you signed up through the iOS App Store, Google Play, the Amazon App Store or a Roku device, cancel there instead: in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings, by turning off Auto-renew this subscription in the Amazon App Store, or at my.roku.com.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription stops at the end of your current billing cycle, or at the end of your free trial.
  • A confirmation message shows the date your subscription will expire.
