How to cancel SiriusXM
How you cancel SiriusXM depends on who bills you. If SiriusXM bills you directly, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged again.

How do I cancel SiriusXM?
- 1Check who bills you. Plans bought by phone, on siriusxm.com or by mail are billed by SiriusXM; your bank or card statement shows the provider if you are not sure.
- 2Sign in to the Online Account Center at care.siriusxm.com.
- 3Go to the Subscriptions tab to cancel your subscription.
- 4If you prefer, chat with an agent or call SiriusXM instead; the Contact Us page lists call center hours.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed in the SiriusXM app on iPhone or Android, Apple or Google Play bills you; cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and the plan stops at the end of the billing cycle. Roku subscriptions are canceled at my.roku.com, and T-Mobile-billed subscriptions in your T-Mobile account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
What happens after I cancel?
- For audio plans billed by SiriusXM, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds or credits are given for a partial period, except in the cases below or where the law requires.
- If you cancel a monthly plan within 7 days of its start, or a quarterly or annual plan within 30 days of its start or renewal charge, it ends right away and you can ask for a prorated refund.
- Uninstalling the app, selling or trading in your vehicle, or not using the service does not cancel your subscription.
