How to cancel ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You cancel from the Subscription page on elevenlabs.io.

How do I cancel ElevenLabs?
- 1Log in to your account at elevenlabs.io.
- 2Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Subscription.
- 3Click Billing.
- 4In the Modify Plan section, select Cancel Plan, then Proceed.
- 5Select Cancel Subscription to confirm.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you subscribed in the ElevenLabs iOS or Android app, cancel through Apple's or Google's Manage subscriptions settings. Refunds for in-app purchases are requested through the App Store or Play Store.
What happens after I cancel?
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and then the account moves to the free plan.
- Any unused credits on your account are lost when the plan ends.
- Until the billing cycle ends, you can click Resume subscription to undo the cancellation.
