How to cancel Jasper Pro

You cancel Jasper from the Plans page in your workspace settings. The same cancellation flow also lets you pause the plan for 30, 60, or 90 days instead.

How do I cancel Jasper?

  1. 1In Jasper, click your workspace name in the top left corner.
  2. 2Click Workspace Settings, then click Plans.
  3. 3Scroll to the very bottom and click the Cancel button.
  4. 4Follow all the prompts in the app to finalize the cancellation. If you don't see the Cancel button, email hey@jasper.ai.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The cancellation is set for the end of your billing cycle, so you can keep using Jasper for the rest of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds are not automatic. Under the 7-day money-back guarantee, set your account to cancel, then email hey@jasper.ai within 7 days of the charge.
  • To remove a pending cancellation, email hey@jasper.ai.
