How to cancel Otter.ai Pro or Business

Otter subscriptions renew automatically, and only the owner or an admin can cancel one. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

How do I cancel Otter.ai?

  1. 1Sign in to Otter as an admin.
  2. 2Go to Account Settings (Integrations), then Billing, and click Cancel plan.
  3. 3Select your main reason for unsubscribing and click Continue.
  4. 4Review the pop-up and click Cancel subscription to confirm.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you bought the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancel it there and use their refund policies.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You and any members of your workspace keep the paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable under the Otter Terms of Service.
  • After the subscription expires, the workspace stays active on the Basic plan with its limits, and team members keep access to the 25 most recent conversations.
