How to cancel Gamma Plus or Pro

Gamma plans renew automatically. Cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

How do I cancel Gamma?

  1. 1Click Settings in the left sidebar. On mobile, tap the three-line menu first to open the sidebar.
  2. 2At the top of the sidebar, check that your workspace shows your paid plan. If it says Free, this workspace has no active subscription; click your initials or logo at the bottom left of the sidebar to check other workspaces.
  3. 3Click Billing.
  4. 4At the bottom of the Billing page, click Cancel subscription. If the button is grayed out, ask the workspace's billing admin to cancel.

What happens after I cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the account moves to the Free plan. It is not deleted, and you keep all your gammas.
  • Canceling does not issue a refund automatically. If you subscribed within the last 3 days and haven't gone over your plan's credit usage threshold, you may be eligible for one.
  • Plan credits drop to the Free allocation of 400. Credits you bought are kept and expire one year after the cancellation date.
