How do I cancel Lose It!?
- 1Go to my.loseit.com and log in to your account.
- 2Click Purchases in the left panel.
- 3Select your subscription under the Active list.
- 4Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Billed through an app store or partner?
If you bought Premium through the Apple App Store, cancel in your iPhone or iPad Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Lose It! and tap Cancel Subscription. For Google Play, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Lose It! and tap Cancel subscription. Apple and Google handle payments, cancellations and refunds for those purchases, and Lose It! support can't cancel them for you. To check where you bought your subscription, open the Lose It! app, tap your profile photo, then Lose It! Account, then Purchases, and tap your subscription under Active Subscriptions to see its Purchase Source.
What happens after I cancel?
- You keep full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period or trial, and there are no future auto-renewals or trial conversions to a paid membership.
- When that period ends, your account automatically returns to the free version of Lose It!.
- If your subscription or trial renewed before you canceled, Lose It!'s Requesting a Refund article lists refund options for each billing platform.
