How to cancel a Poe subscription

Poe subscriptions are monthly or annual, and you can cancel at any time. Cancel on the platform where you subscribed: the Poe website, the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel Poe?

  1. 1Sign in at poe.com and open Settings.
  2. 2Click Manage your subscription.
  3. 3Keep clicking cancel and follow the prompts until you see confirmation that the subscription is canceled.
  4. 4Return to Settings and check that the Subscription section says your subscription is canceled.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you subscribed in the Poe iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google manages the subscription. If Settings does not show Manage your subscription, it tells you which platform to use. On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, open Poe and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, open Poe, tap Cancel subscription, choose a reason and confirm. Ask Apple or Google about refunds.

What happens after I cancel?

  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep your subscription benefits until then.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except under Poe's Refund Policy or where Quora decides otherwise. If you subscribed on the web and are eligible, request a refund through Poe's contact form using the email address on the subscription.
  • Your account data, including chat history and settings, stays intact.
