How to cancel Gopuff FAM

Gopuff FAM is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives you a delivery discount. US customers cancel it themselves in the Gopuff app.

How do I cancel Gopuff?

  1. 1Open the Gopuff app.
  2. 2Go to Account Settings.
  3. 3Select FAM Membership.
  4. 4Select Cancel Membership.
  5. 5If canceling doesn't work, update the Gopuff app, check your internet connection and try again.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you already paid for the current month, your FAM benefits continue until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Canceling a prepaid monthly or yearly subscription does not get you a refund, but you can keep using FAM for the rest of the prepaid term.
