How do I cancel Grubhub+?

  1. 1Go to grubhub.com or seamless.com and log in to your account.
  2. 2Click the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. 3Go to the Grubhub+ menu option.
  4. 4Click Cancel membership, then confirm Cancel membership.

Billed through an app store or partner?

If you get Grubhub+ free through Amazon Prime, cancel it on Amazon: open Your Account, go to Manage apps & services with data access, and unlink your Grubhub and Amazon accounts. Grubhub customer support can also help you cancel.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You won't get a refund or credit unless Grubhub decides otherwise, but you keep your membership benefits through the end of the current membership period. Special Offers, such as limited-time or members-only rewards, may end sooner.
  • If you cancel during a free trial or other promotional period, Grubhub does not charge you, and some or all benefits may end right away.
  • To dispute an unauthorized Grubhub+ charge, contact Grubhub within 60 days of the charge.
