How to cancel a Green Chef subscription

Green Chef is an auto-renewing weekly meal kit subscription. Cancel at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery; to take a week off instead, skip it from My Menu by the same deadline.

How do I cancel Green Chef?

  1. 1Log in to your Green Chef account.
  2. 2Open the menu in the top right corner and choose Settings.
  3. 3Scroll down to the Account section and click Deactivate your Plan.
  4. 4Enter a reason for canceling and click Deactivate now.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before your next delivery, you still get one more box, which you have already paid for.
  • You can reactivate your account later.
