How to cancel Oura Membership

After your complimentary first month, Oura Membership is billed automatically every month or every year. You cancel it in Membership Hub, and there is no option to pause it instead.

How do I cancel Oura?

  1. 1Go to Membership Hub at membership.ouraring.com.
  2. 2Or, in the Oura App, tap the menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen, tap Settings, scroll to Account and tap Manage membership.
  3. 3In Membership Hub, select Cancel membership.
  4. 4Check that Membership Hub now shows your membership as canceled, with an option to renew.

What happens after I cancel?

  • If you cancel before your complimentary month ends, you won't be charged. If you cancel a monthly or annual plan after that month, you keep access for the rest of your billing period.
  • Partial refunds aren't available for canceled prepaid or annual plans after the complimentary month ends.
  • As long as you don't delete your account, your Oura data stays saved and is available again if you re-enroll. You can still export your data in CSV format from Membership Hub without a membership.
